Content Policy

Pizyn gives you access to powerful image models. These rules keep the Service safe and lawful. They apply to prompts, uploaded reference images and generated output. Generations that violate this Policy are blocked and are not charged to your credit balance.

Zero tolerance

• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualisation of minors, in any form. Violations are reported to the competent authorities and result in immediate, permanent account termination.
• Content that is illegal to create, possess or distribute.

Real people and deepfakes

• No non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any real person, and no sexualised depictions of real people at all.
• No face-swapping or realistic depiction of a real private individual without that person's consent.
• No realistic depiction of any real person — including public figures — presented in a way intended to deceive viewers about real events, statements or actions.
• You may edit photos of yourself, and of people who have given you clear consent (for example, your clients under a photography agreement).

Intellectual property

• Do not use the Service to reproduce copyrighted characters, artworks or designs, or to create material that infringes trademarks (including brand logos) — except where you hold the rights or a licence.
• Copyright holders can report infringement at support@pizyn.com; we act on valid notices and terminate repeat infringers.

Other prohibited content

• Hateful or harassing content targeting people based on protected characteristics, and extremist or terrorist propaganda.
• Content that facilitates wrongdoing, including fraud, impersonation of businesses or officials, and the marketing of illegal goods or services.
• Depictions of real, identifiable private individuals' personal data (documents, addresses, credentials).
• Realistic fabricated imagery of elections, candidates or civic events intended to mislead voters.

How we enforce

Generations pass through the safety systems of the underlying model providers and our own screening. Enforcement ranges from blocking a single generation, to warnings, suspension, or permanent termination for serious or repeated violations. Terminated accounts are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Reporting and appeals

To report content or an account that violates this Policy, or to appeal an enforcement decision, email support@pizyn.com with the relevant details. We review reports and appeals and respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
