Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you register or sign in.
• Content data: the prompts you write, the images you upload as references, and the images generated for you, together with generation settings (model, size, quality).
• Transaction data: order confirmations, plan and credit-balance records. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment partner — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage events needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service (including sending your prompts and reference images to the model provider whose model you selected), to manage your account and credits, to prevent abuse and enforce our Content Policy, to provide support, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who processes your data

• Model providers: OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs and ByteDance receive the prompts and reference images required to run the model you choose, under their own API data terms.
• Payment partner: our merchant of record processes your payment and billing details to complete purchases and handle taxes.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, authentication, database and content-delivery providers (currently Cloudflare and Supabase) process data on our behalf.
• Authorities: where disclosure is required by law, or to report illegal content as described in our Content Policy.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated images remain in your library until you delete them or close your account. Security and server logs are kept for up to 90 days. After account deletion, remaining personal data is erased or anonymised within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your credit balance and preferences, and protect against abuse. Where we use analytics, it is aggregated and used only to understand feature usage. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; some features may then stop working.

6. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@pizyn.com from your account email address and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers and security

Our providers operate in the United States, the European Union and other regions, so your data may be transferred internationally; we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers. We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices, but no system is perfectly secure.
