Terms of Service

1. The service

Pizyn (the "Service") is an online studio that provides access to third-party AI image models — including models by OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs and ByteDance — through a single account and credit balance. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase paid plans or credit packs. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits

• Credits are virtual units used to pay for generations inside the Service. They have no cash value, are not a currency or stored-value instrument, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged.
• Credits are charged when a generation completes. If a generation fails because of a provider or system error, the charge is automatically reversed.
• Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits from one-time packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Promotional and free daily credits may expire as stated where they are granted.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Purchases are processed by our merchant-of-record payment partner, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction and calculates and remits applicable sales taxes and VAT.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@pizyn.com; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change plan prices or credit rates with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Your content

Prompts, reference images and other material you submit remain yours. You grant us and the model providers involved a limited licence to process that material solely to operate the Service (including generating your images). You are responsible for having the rights — and, where relevant, the consent of any person depicted — for everything you upload.

6. Generated output and licence

• On paid plans, you may use the images you generate for commercial purposes, subject to the applicable model provider's terms and to applicable law.
• On the free plan, generated images are for personal, non-commercial use and may carry a watermark.
• AI output may be similar to output generated for other users; we do not guarantee that any output is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it, including for trademark or copyright conflicts.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

8. Independent service; trademarks

Pizyn is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs or ByteDance. Model and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the models the Service provides access to.

9. Availability and AI disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AI generation is probabilistic: outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and individual models may be changed, rate-limited or withdrawn by their providers. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or the Content Policy, for fraud or payment abuse, or where required by law. Unused paid credits on accounts terminated for policy violations are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Pizyn is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
